Nextra Teleservices - Delay in refunding the security deposit
I've requested for the disconnection of the services & the company has already disconnected the services on 02/01/17. The executives informed that the WiFi router will be collected by the technician within 7 days, however no one has contacted yet for the collection of WiFi router. My deposit amount of 1500/- is with the company, whenever i call at the customer service every executive gives different answers.
