Holiday Square - Fraud and cheated, after payment not providing courier or refund
Hello Sir, On 2nd Feb at 4 PM I got a call from Holiday Squares executive "Dolly" about their holiday package and one assured gift (Lenovo Laptop). Total payment amount was 11688 Rs and they told me that this is today offer so book that package today. They also send me ma.il about package and assured gift. I booked the package through Payumoney same day and transaction amount was 11688 Rs. At the time of payment one executive (Sagar) was on call with me. After successfully payment they are not sending me the welcome kit and assured gift even after more than 20 days spent. I called them more than 100 times in last 20 days regarding this issue but every time their response was unsatisfactory. They gave me more than 3 fake tracking id about my courier but On DTDC side none of them show any detail. Every time their executive (Sagar, Karan Mishra) told me some aeccused like Server is Down/In a meeting/wait for today/wait for 2 hr I have also send so many mails to they inquiry mail address but none of them replied. Mean while for verification purpose they send me a link, which is nothing but again a payumoney payment link and asked me to fill me card detail and OTP for verification purpose. But I didn't because till that time I come to know that their is something wrong. After lot of struggle they send me payment Invoice and told me that the mention tracking ID (Z14126359) will show detail after within 48 Hr. I wait for 48 Hr. but still on DTDC site no information is showing regarding this tracking Id So I told them to refund the amount (11688 Rs.). Then they again send me a link through and asked me fill my card details and OTP. As per my knowledge their is no such process available to fill OTP for refund purpose.
