Bank of Baroda - Bank payment failed

Dear Sir I have book some train tickets worth 2310/- online during the process the amount was debited from my account but not received to irctc to contact the customer care of irctc they told me bank hold the payment I have given written application to Branch manager and mail to Bob dabit card but my problem was not listed to call customer care of Bob it's always busy and misguided to me please take some action
